A proud business tradition

The Moore business traces its roots back to 1932 when Moore Oil began delivering oil and fuel to customers, which we continue to do today. The company is now in its third generation and although it is no longer run by the Moore family, the name lives on because we believe in tradition.

Like many companies, we needed equipment and rather than look for quality, we shopped first for cheap prices. Not surprisingly, we got we paid for and the first trailers Moore Oil Company purchased for construction job sites fell apart fast.

Since the “cheap” trailers weren’t holding up, we started buying Doolittle Trailers to hold fuel tanks on construction job sites in 2000 and 2001. Not only did they hold up, but many of them are still in use today! The only problem was that we had to buy the trailers from a dealer in Wellsville, MO because they weren’t readily available around St. Louis. So we convinced Doolittle that we would be a good fit to sell their trailers in the St. Louis and St. Charles area. And sell we have!
